Darek Falkowski is the Owner and Cook at Donut Depot & Bakery. He is the former owner of Homestead Donuts and a seasoned Polish food cook with years of restaurant experience.
In addition to cooking, Darek manages logistics, maintenance, and daily operations, helping keep Donut Depot running smoothly from front to back.

Sebastian Falkowski is the Head Baker at Donut Depot, bringing close to 10 years of hands-on experience baking donuts and pastries. He is a former Head Baker at Homestead Donuts, where he refined his skills and developed a strong foundation in high-volume, quality-driven baking.
