Honestly, as cute as this place is, we sadly found the food was hit or miss. Apple and blueberry pie: chucks of apple were cut way too big for such a small pie. Crust was wet and soggy. Won ton soup: filling wasn’t good and broth was really salty, but the wrapper was good. Lemon filled donut: needed more lemon taste. Now the good stuff: schnitzel was huge and the breading was quite flavourful. Chocolate cream pie was fresh and light. We purchased the polish sausage on a bun too, but didn’t get around to eating it. The bill came to $49, which was a bit steep.

Service was very friendly and there is a lot of variety but we weren’t the biggest fans of the donuts themselves. We’ve been here a couple of times, always in the morning, and the donuts taste pretty dry, almost like they were made the day before. The toppings and so on taste great, it’s just the dough. I hate leaving a negative review since most of our experience was great, but where it matters most, the flavor, I thought was underwhelming.
